    1617**Procedure**
    17 - Preset to a known binary, center the slit on one of stars and then point the slit at the nominal (known) position of the companion by using the instrument derotator.
     18- Preset to one of the stars in the binary system
     19- Center the star on the slit
     20- By moving the instrument derotator, point the slit at the nominal (known) position of the companion.
