- Phase : 2
- Status : Draft
- Category : Daytime testing (functionality and operability) (C2)
- Recurrence : once at commissioning
- Duration : 3 days
Description
- Test to check if there is a considerable pointing offset between the SHARK-NIR (SCICAM/TECCAM) and SOUL-AO as a function of the elevation of the telescope
Prerequisites
- If relevant, estimate and remove the NCPA using the phase-diversity method.
- RR mounted on SX side.
Procedure
- Need to define the procedure?
Success criteria
- Estimate the pointing offset and conclude if it is acceptable or not. If not acceptable, take proper actions to overcome this issue.
Notes
LBTO support
- Authorize SHARK-NIR on the SX side.
- RR mounted on the SX side.
- Support from LBT SW Team, LBTI/Arcetri team to run SOUL AO
Associated SHARK-NIR personnel
Date performed and by whom
Comments
MB: Given the adjustment of SOULD LBT wrt to elevation should already have been done previsouly, I'd say it would be best to have also a look up table at least for TT where dichroic and in-TT are adjusted to compensate flexures
