     8•       Checking the working of motors and light sources within SHARK-NIR
     9**Prerequisites**
     10•       SHARK-NIR connected to LBT network.
     11•       Electronics cabinets on.
     12•       The cryostat should be running and cooled down.
     13**Procedure**
     14•       When the services are up and running, after the motors are homed, each of the individual motors is individually tested for their different named/nominal positions.
     15•       The light sources within SHARK-NIR may be used simultaneously to check the working of the motors looking at the optical feedback.
     16**Success criteria**
     17•       All the motors can reach their software limits, named positions / nominal positions.
     18•       All the light sources are working and confirmed through optical feedback at the SCICAM.
