1== P1.4 Cable in the instrument, power on, install workstations, connect to LBT network, and cryostat cooldown preparation==
    22- **Phase** :   1
    33- **Status** :  Draft

    77
    88**Description**
9 - At the LBT clean room, cable in the instrument. Power on the electronics, install workstations (in the server room) and connect SHARK-NIR to the LBT network.
9- At the LBT clean room, cable in the instrument. Power on the electronics, install workstations (in the server room), and connect SHARK-NIR to the LBT network. In parallel, prepare for the cryostat cooldown.
    1010
    1111**Prerequisites**

1818- Connect SHARK-NIR to the LBT network.
1919- Ready essential laptops ready with all the relevant software for the cleanroom activity. Check the connection with both the workstations mentioned earlier.
20- Prepare for the cryostat cooldown. Start the vacuum pumping (vacuum pressure of 10e-5 Torr is good (see the cryostat manual SHARK-NIR_SO-MAN-001 for details).

    2324**Success criteria**
24 - Electronics is powered on (working of led lights, fans, etc.).
25- Electronics are powered on (working of led lights, fans, etc.).
2526- SHARK-NIR can be accessed through the LBT network (e.g. Switching on/off services remotely from the control room).
    2627

2829- SCICAM is redundant with other SCICAM computers inside of LBTI. There will not be a separate SCICAM workstation copy/backup.
2930- Precautionary Warning (for INAF people): Before switching on the Mocon electronics and Lakeshore, check that they are set to 115V use.
31- Check P1.5 for more details on vacuum pumping for cryostat cooldown.
    3032
    3133**LBTO support**
3234- Need 2 free and accessible network ports to connect (a) the SHARK-NIR instrument network switch to the LBTO network, and (b) a working laptop/computer to the LBTO network.
3335- We need fiber link connection from the cleanroom to the server room.
34 - IT support to install/set the workstations in the proper location, connect to the LBT network.
36- IT support to install/set the workstations in the proper location, and connect to the LBT network.
3537- At the server room, we need 9 free network ports to connect SHARKNIRWS, SHARKNIRWS2, SASHAWS to the LBTO network. Also, we need 6 free standard electric plugs.
3638- At the cleanroom, we will need 1 power plug for the surge suppressor, and the maximum expected load will be of the order of 880W. Our PDUs will be connected to the surge suppressor. Also, a couple of other normal power plugs for connecting laptops, monitors, etc. are required along with an extension power strip.
3739- LBTO SW support may be needed.
40-Vacuum pump and support for cooling down the cryostat. We do not yet have the dimensions of the vacuum pump (available from LBTO) and how the LN2 refill will take place.
41- We will require UPS connected to the turbo pump when pumping vacuum in the cryostat. UPS which can hold the power for 15 minutes would be sufficient. In case of a power outage, within 15 minutes, one of the SHARK-NIR team members can go to the pump and close the valve preserving the vacuum within the cryostat.
