Description

• Unpack the containers/boxes carefully and visually inspect the components inside

Prerequisites

• All the necessary tools and safety features to do the unpacking and moving.

Procedure

• Carefully unpack the containers/boxes containing the SHARK-NIR opto-mechanical components.
• Visually inspect if all the contents are safe and secure.
• Check if there is any damage to any part of the shipment. If yes, note them, take photos, and communicate to the respective insurance party (if needed).
• Move all needed box contents to the cleanroom. This may require some mounting or handling structures.

Success criteria

• No damage to any container or boxes.

Notes

LBTO support

• Crane operator to lift and move stuff.
• 1-2 crew to support unpacking and moving.

MB:I would add to move all needed box contents in the clean room. This requires probably some mounting, e.g. of the shark-nir handling used to keep the instrument while integrating cryostat and then making tests [DONE]
