    1 Ticket di prova per Maria creato come utente Luca (ma in realta' sono Bernardo).

    3 Se vi arriva questo ticket per cortesia provate a chiuderlo seguendo il loop corretto:
    4 1-Maria scrive la soluzione del problema e lo riassegna a Luca.
    5 2-Luca approva la soluzione e chiude il ticket come risolto.
    6 3-Il Depa sorveglia, modera e gestisce.
